Product Details Universal ShowBoat Kayak Loader with 66'' Support Bars (8004068) by Yakima®. Have a heavy kayak or canoe to load onto your roof rack and there's no one around to help? No worries as long as you have the Yakima ShowBoat Kayak Loader. The ShowBoat's built-in hardware mounts to round, square, and factory crossbars, and the padded 44-1/4" roller extends up to 34" from the rear crossbar. Just prop one end of the boat against the roller and push the boat up onto the crossbar pads while lifting the other end. The ShowBoat eases loading and protects your vehicle at the same time, and it slides from side to side to enable loading of multiple kayaks. It includes corrosion resistant stainless steel and brass hardware and comes with detailed instructions.

You not only have to heft the weight, but also guide the boat into position, all without damaging your vehicle or the boat. Forget about the hassle of boat loading with the Yakima ShowBoat Kayak Loader. The ShowBoat has a wide padded roller that extends out past the rear of the vehicle. The roller acts as a helping hand, making it easier to support and guide the boat into position on the crossbars, while protecting it and your vehicle from damage.
The ShowBoat comes with two 66" Yakima crossbars that easily mount to round, square, and factory crossbars with built-in hardware; no tools required. The 44-1/4" roller is padded to protect your boat, and it extends up to 34" from the rear crossbar to ease loading and protect your vehicle. And if you have saddles for more than one boat on your crossbars, the ShowBoat can be adjusted to slide to each side for multiple boat loading.
Existing or new kayak accessories will work with the ShowBoat and it's also compatible with Yakima Gunwale brackets or KeelOver for easy canoe loading. Corrosion resistant stainless steel and brass hardware is used throughout to ensure long term durability. Comprehensive, illustrated installation and user instructions are included with the ShowBoat Kayak Loader, and it's covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
