I confirmed that this Gildan tag is from the 1990s.
This shirt hasn't been washed much, if ever. Fabric is crisp and the colors spectacular. The artwork is dated 1999 (see close-up picture), although I have no idea when the shirt was made. The style is nothing close to the shirts available on the Association's website today. The sleeve is double stitched, not single stitch.
