Translucent clear PETG (water, chemical, impact, and heat resistant up to ~70C/158F) tackle caddy / hook holder for fishing boats. Suction cups or outdoor-rated 3M Dual Lock "hook & loop" strips (RF6760) can be included as two options for damage-free mounting on hard, smooth surfaces (fiberglass, glass, etc). 25 mm long M4 stainless steel Phillips head machine screws and locknuts are also an option to select before checking out to hard mount your caddy.
