Better Coffee in Four Simple Steps
ONE: Coffee
Ready? Good. Add your favorite medium-fine (preferably freshly) ground coffee to the filter.
TWO: Water
Heat some water to just below boiling point and slowly pour it over the coffee in a spiral motion.
THREE: Drip
Let the water drip through and pause. Repeat until you’ve used all the water.
