This is similar to the Klepper Quattro, but is US made and military issue. The condition of this skin is as pictured. There are 3 tears in the deck and 2 deep rubs in the hull, but they don’t go through the hull. The keel strips are damaged as shown. The bottom half of the rudder holder is also broke as shown.
