Kosi Pogies are made at home in Scotland by a passionate Kayaker and Open Boater.
They are made with Zero Carbon Emissions on my trusty antique Singer Sewing Machine.
K osi Pogies allows you maximum dexterity to hold the paddle with bare hands whilst having them covered from cold wind and spray. Hands easily slip out of the wide cuff for
q uick release of the paddle. Choose either ▪︎Longer Gauntlet style which is warmer as fits over cuff clothing, good for flat water or sea kayaking. Or ▪︎Short Marathon style with a stiffened cuff which is ideal for white water as so easy to slip hand in and out of the cuff if in a wee bit of a hurry. All colour combinations available for both designs. One Pogie can be made for top hand canoe style on request. Any colour combination on request Features Outer fabric is top quality PU coated nylon.
W ind proof and water resistant. Hard wearing. DWR coating. Durable Water Repellent. Inner lining is silver pigment coated polyester fabric. Water proof and wind proof. The silver pigment reflects heat in your hands keeping them warm in the coldest conditions. Water runs off the fabric with very little absorption making them light weight too. Velcro closure around paddle shaft. Double stitched seams throughout for extra strength. One size fits all design but can make junior size on request. Note paddle is not included. I will always try to despatch any orders received by 1.00pm the same day. Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If the order is received after 1.00pm on the Friday it will be despatched the following Monday. Orders posted by Royal Mail first class.
