Not framed and not matted, The paper is very heavy and will not roll up, it will have to be mailed flat. Watercolor painting hand signed by local Southern California artist. She received training in drafting and drawing in Las Vegas in her youth and began watercolor painting over 20 years ago in Laguna Beach CA.
