Antique Alaska Eskimo Inuit Indian Kayak

Nicely sized old Eskimo hide Umiak with a finely made wooden framework inside. Looks to be c.1900 or earlier. Stitched with sinew and having a fine old patina this is one of the better ones we've seen in a long long while. Nice large scale that will stand out in your advanced to investment grade collection. There are often newer ones that copy this style of model but this one is a good early one. An authentic and classic work of early native Alaskan art and it has NO RESERVE !
