The wheels pop on and off super easily for portability... Trolley your vessel to the water, then this item breaks down into 3 pieces for easy storage(within seconds)... Pop it back together at your destination, and trolley back to your vehicle, house, condo, etc. It simply lets you use the mechanical advantage of putting wheels under something to make it easier to move. If you are used to toting your canoe/kayak, you will find the use of this device to be breathtaking! There is tremendous flexibility in terms of where on your vessel you use it....in the middle, towards the back, etc... You can use it according to what suits you best. The strap is adjustable, also, so it fits just about any canoe or kayak out there. This trolley is like many other items that we offer, in that we take something that people want and use, but is not offered in a good quality, and we make it much, much better.
